FAQ
How long is this program?
This an annual program, with a minimum 12-month commitment. Once in the program, you will have complete access to the content to work through all four courses during this period. You can upgrade to Lifetime Access for an additional fee.
How much time will I spend working on the courses?
We recommend spending about 1 hour each week devoted through working through each course module.
What happens if I don't use the resources in The Residency?
Your commitment to this program is how you'll create change and grow success. If you've joined The Residency you have 12 month access to all of the content and resources no matter how frequently you use them. Your purchase of this program is a final sale purchase not eligible for refunds beyond the initial 14 day period. We want to see you succeed. If you're struggling please apply for a Critique and we'll help you work meaningfully towards your goals.
Can I receive a refund if this program isn't for me?
We do offer a 14-day refund policy, if you decide this isn't the right fit once you have committed to the program and will receive a full refund. Due to the digital nature and instant access of the content, all sales are final after the first 14 days. After 14 days, you are responsible for the full cost of the annual program.
Is there an option for a payment plan?
We do offer a 12-installment, monthly payment plan for your annual, 12-month access.
Are the courses self paced?
Yes, once you've joined you are an Artist-in-Residence for an entire 12 months. You can work through the content as quickly or slowly as you'd like and you can rewatch the content at any point. You have full access and support for 12 months. (We suggest an hour per week to establish a regular practice and commitment to growing your business.) Lifetime Access is available for an additional fee.
How accessible are the instructors?
As an Artist-in-Residence you'll have access to our private Facebook group where Lindsay and Allie are regularly participating on posts. You'll also have the unique opportunity as an Artist-in Residence to apply for an individual Critique (a live coaching session with Artists-in-Residence customized to your business needs) and submit questions to our monthly group Community Critiques.
